3.3.3 Query control gear operating hours
Description
Use this CM command to query the operating hours of a control gear. The operating
hours accumulate when the control gear remains on for one hour. The operating
hours are stored in the CM 1xDALI. If you change short addresses of two control
gears, the operating hours of these two control gears are not be changed.
With "Start upload control gear parameters (Page 41)", you can exchange the related
operating hours of these two control gears.
Before calling this command, configure the control gear using the "Add control gear
(Page 32)" instruction or the "Start upload control gear parameters (Page 41)" instruc-
tion.

Comment
When the actual level of the control gears is not 0, the operating hours accumulate.
The CM 1xDALI checks the actual level every 10 minutes.
3.3.4 Set control gear operating hours
Description
Use this CM command to set the operating hours of a control gear. The operating
hours accumulate when the control gear remains on for one hour. The operating
hours are stored in the CM 1xDALI.
Before calling this function block, make sure that the control gear is configured by
using the "Add control gear (Page 32)" instruction and the "Start upload control gear
parameters (Page 41)" instruction.
Reset the operating hours after exchanging the physical control gear device.

When you set the operating hours of the control gears, the following

• If the control gear is configured, but the type of control gear is
mismatched, the error code in the response is 16#8B.
