Introduction
This chapter contains a description of wiring current transducers and points to which
particular attention must be paid.
Current transducers which can be wired up
As 2-wire transducer
As 4-wire transducer
Wire 2-wire transducer with supply via module
The 2-wire transducer is wired to a short circuit-proof supply voltage at the terminals of the
analog input module.
This transducer converts the measured variable into a current. 2-wire transducers must be
electrically isolated.
