6AU1400-2PA0*-0AA0 contain firmware that can only run on SIMOTION D4xx
modules;
● In their as-delivered condition, the 1-GB CF cards with order number 6AU1400-
*PA2*-0AA0 contain firmware that can only run on SIMOTION D4xx‑2 modules.
It is also possible to use the 1-GB CF cards for SIMOTION D4xx‑2 (order number
6AU1400-*PA2*-0AA0) for SIMOTION D4xx modules by loading the latest boot loader
and the D4xx firmware. The reverse case is also possible. The CF card must only be
formatted with FAT or FAT16, and must not be formatted with FAT32 or NTFS. Note that
CF cards for SIMOTION D4xx‑2 may have FAT32 formatting!
