5.20 FB 197 Load tool list (turning version)
Signal descriptions
ST Start
The positive-going edge of the parameter is used to check whether the tool list for
the part program is already loaded.
At a static "1" signal, the data are entered in the DBs of the tool list.
DBVS Data blocks leader
Specification of the first DB of a total of three DBs where the leader data are stored.
ANZ Number
Maximum number of tools that can be entered in the leader.
NSBY Interface byte
Data word number of the interface byte in DB 36 which is to be used for FB 61 and
FB 62. This interface byte must be reserved exclusively for the "Load tool list" FB.
RPAR R parameter
Specification of the R parameter determining whether the leader is skipped.
KANR Channel number
Number of the NC channel where the leader is processed.
ESP Read disable
The read disable must be assigned to the NC channel initiating the FB "Load tool
list".
F Error bit
Parameter has a "1" signal for one cycle if an error has occurred.
FNR Error number
The error number is stored in DW 2 of the DBVS and is valid only in conjunction with
the error bit (1 signal).
ZW Status word
Memory location for internal statuses
ZWE Intermediate results
Memory locations for buffering data
GST Initial setting
At the initial setting, the data blocks of the tool list are generated and the status
words of the "Load tool list" FB deleted.
Program example:
The loading of the tool list is illustrated in the program example. Loading is started via an H
word which sets flag F 100.2. This flag is reset by another H word (F 100.1) as soon as the
leader is finished.
Using the R parameter R 150, the leader of the machining program is skipped.
