Acknowledge loading and unloading of spindle
Description
This function block conducts the data transfer accompanying loading and unloading operations
at the spindle. To do this, it evaluates the function flag (loading or unloading from DB
144/DW 6).
If the function flag = "Loading":
A check is first made whether the spindle is empty. If this is the case, the tool entered in the
loading line (DW 2) is transferred to the spindle (DW 4). The tool is marked as a replacement
tool.
Since, during data transfer, the loading line is removed as a source location by FB 128, a new
D number must be requested by the TO memory management and then removed and entered
into the reference list of the loading line. NC and PLC pointers are supplied. If the spindle is
not empty, the relevant error message is displayed. The block is processed only if FB 166
"Load spindle" has been executed without error and the bit D 117.1 "Acknowledge spindle" is
set.
If the function flag = "Unload":
The tool data of the spindle are deleted (including enabling of the D number in the reference
list). The loading line is also deleted. NC and PLC pointers are assigned. The old location of
the spindle in the magazine is activated only if the block is processed without error.
Special features:
Flag bytes FY 201 to FY 205 are used for the internal standard FB parameter assignment.
These flags have to be saved by the user during interrupt processing.
Usercknowledgement:
In the same cycle, the dynamic softkey signal (F 224.5) must be routed by the user
program either to the positive (F 237.5) or negative user acknowledgement (F 236.5). The
user acknowledgement may be present for only one cycle (by logic operation with the
dynamic softkey signal).
