5.12 FB 135 Provide D No. after tool change
5.12 FB 135 D-NR. WZV
Provide D No. after tool change
Description
This block is used to transfer the reference list of the tool, which is determined by the
"Magazine No." and "Locator No." dummy parameters, into the R parameters of the channel
which is defined via the "K-NR" parameter. The D No. are stored in the R parameters R 101
to R 109 in such a way that they are transparent to the part programmer.
If the reference list of a tool is not completely assigned, the R parameters of missing cutting
edges and offsets are defined as -1. If the reference list of an empty location (reference list
= 0) is transferred into the R parameters, the R parameter R 101 is preset with 0 and the
remaining R parameters with -1. Subsequent activating of the first cutting edge via the tool-
changing cycle then leads to the offset deselection.
The block signals "read disable" during transmission of the reference list into the R para-
meters R 101 to R 109.
After transmission, the TO area and the D No. of the first cutting edge of the tool are entered
in the interface for the tool life monitor and workpiece count.
If identification bit 3 "Measure tool at first use" of the tool whose reference list has been
transferred is set, the magazine-specific interface is defined for the current measuring cycle.
After the tool has been measured, the measuring cycle replies, either with a positive or
negative acknowledgement, at the magazine-specific measuring interface.
The block may be called up to five times per cycle with different parameter assignments. The
necessary status words are saved in internal program channels. The block parameter "K-NR"
= channel number is used for identifying the current program channel.

The block parameters "MANR", "PLNR" and "K-NR" must not change
during the processing of a block!
With multichannel operation the assignment of block parameter "K-NR"
must be unambiguous for each call within a cycle!
If the block is also called by the machine program, e.g., during block
search with calculation, the following conditions must always apply:
The block must not be called unconditionally.
If a D no. has been loaded via the transfer block (FB 128,
parameter SB = 1), a D no. must not be loaded by the machine
program via FB 135 for the same NC channel.
