12.91 5 Configuring
5.23 FX 7 Part program simulation
Signal description
A-NR Job number (present range: 1-2)
If several channels are to be simulated at the same time, FX 7 must be
parameterized for each simulation channel with a different job number and then called
unconditionally.
The job number "A-NR" must be assigned to the NC machine data words which
define the NC channels for the output of the simulation results of the simulation
channel as follows:
A
-NR = 1: The NC channel for the output of the simulation results of simulation
channel 17 is defined in NC MD 251.
A
-NR = 1: The NC channel for the output of the simulation results of simulation
channel 18 is defined in NC MD 252.
MANR Magazine number (range: 1-16)
Specifies the magazine number in which tool search is executed after the search in
the tool buffer ("chained" magazines are possible). If T call notation is with an
extended address, the block parameter "MANR" has no effect!
ESP Read-in disable
The block parameter "ESP" must be routed by the user program to the
corresponding read-in disable of the NC channel defined in MD 251 or MD 252.
If magazine = turret
(submagazine-specific MD bit 3 = 1 AND machine data bit
7011.1 = 1), the read-in disable is output for the time between the T call and the end
of the D number entry into R parameters R101 to R109.
If magazin <> turret
(submagazine-specific MD bit 3 = 0 OR maschine data bit
7011.1 = 0), the read-in disable is output for the time between M06 (tool change)
and the end of the D number entry into R parameters R101 to R109.
F Error
If an error occurs during block processing, this parameter outputs a 1 signal for 1
PLC cycle. The error number is stored in DB 150, DW 169. The T number valid at
the time of the error is stored in DB 150, DW 270 (high word of the T number) and
DW 271 (low word of the T number) as a fixed-point number.
Important:
If the block is called several times within a PLC cycle (with different job
numbers), the error word (DB 150, DW 269), and, if necessary, the
accompanying T number (DB 150, DW 270/271) must be evaluated and
saved with the error output set, directly after the block has been called.
ZW Internal status words
M2.1 Initial setting
T-NR T number
If a T call is executed during a part program, the T value is read out from NC channel
DB DW 40 – DW 42.
If the T call is executed in the NC part program with extended address, the extended
address represents the magazine number from which the tool search is to be started:
block parameter "MANR" then has no effect.
Important:
The T numbers (including extended address) must be stored in binary
code!
