At present, the only type of loading of user data supported is loading via tape (NC program).
Precondition: PLC machine data bit 7011.7 = 0 (standard bit assignment).

The maximum number of cutting edges for a tool within the system must be entered here. For
tools with several offsets per cutting edge, the maximum possible value of the product

on the value entered, at least one and a maximum of nine data blocks are generated for the
reference list.
Submagazine-specific machine data words
For every submagazine, a PLC machine data block of four data words each is provided. A total
of sixteen submagazines is supported.

locations of the tool buffer; if the buffer area is fully utilized, it starts at data word 31.

The number of magazine locations of the submagazine in question must be entered. At
present, a maximum of 254 locations can be managed in all magazines together, including the
tool buffer. From release 2.0 onwards, a total of 2048 tools can be managed; the number of
tools is limited to 256 per submagazine. If only one submagazine is configured, 254 magazine
locations, minus the tool buffer, can be managed for this magazine.
