11.92 10 Data fields
10.2.4 User interface
PROVIDE D NOS. FOR BLOCK SEARCH D 70.5
"1" signal: When the block search (D 13.10=1 of the channel-specific interface) is activated,
the D No. of the tool last found are transferred to R parameters R 101 to
R 109 of the current NC channel. The tool last found may be inserted in the
assigned or in one of the chained magazines or in a tool buffer. The signal must
be assigned by the user (e.g. with F 06). The signal is acknowledged with
"Process terminated" (D 70.0=1) - additional precondition if magazine = turret:
MD 7011.2=1!
"0" signal: No job initiation.
DISABLE MARKED TOOLS D 70.6
"1" signal: The magazine assigned to the NC channel and all other chained, active magazines
are searched for tools whose tool identification "Disable tool at end of program"
(DB 152 bit 6) is set. If the machine data bit MD 7011.0 "Prewarning limit reached
Disable tool" is set, all tools with bit "Prewarning limit reached" (DB 152, bit 0)
set are found. Bit 10 "Tool disabled" is set for all tools found. The signal must be
routed by the user (e.g. in M 02/M 30). The signal remains set during the search
and is acknowledged when the search (D 70.0=1) is finished. For the duration of
the search, the signal "Process running" (D 70.1) remains set.
"0" signal: No job initiation.
Control signals for the assigned magazine and one or more linked magazines
The signals for the user program described below are output in DW 71 after processing of a
search job and remain set until a new search job is initiated.
DELETE MAGAZINE D 70.7
"1" signal: The selected magazine is deleted.
The signal must be active while the process is running (Bit 70.1 = 1). Once the
process has been completed, bit 70.7 is reset.
If an error occurs, bits 70.0 (process terminated) and 70.3 (error) are set.
In the case of a fictitious magazine, the configuration is also deleted with D 70.7.
"0" signal: Job is not triggered.
