Memory error detec‐
ted
A hardware fault, faulty rmware or no rmware at all has been de‐
tected in the following analyzer modules, e.g., AM1. Possible causes:
• No rmware is present on the analyzer module.
• The existing rmware is invalid.
• The program memory is faulty.
In this case, the analyzer module starts in bootloader mode and is
ready to perform a rmware update.
If the error still exists despite the rmware update, the analyzer mod‐
ule FBG must be replaced.

partment.
Cable fault detected The installed analyzer modules could not be recognized correctly.
Possible causes: Faulty or incorrectly connected CAN bus cable.
Check the CAN bus connec‐
tions.
