• Vacant COM port for direct coupling to ELAN RS485 network
• For connection of the Ethernet/485 interface converter, a standard network of 10 Mbit or 100
Mbit (RJ 45 connection) with TCP/IP is necessary.
• In the case of an RS485 network, the distance should not exceed 500 m. If this distance is
exceeded, a repeater must be used.
