6.1.3 Setting the progressive distributor
pulse count setting
The pulse count setting can only be changed
if the system is in the progressive lubrication
operating mode. The progressive lubrication
mode can be activated only when jumper
switch J9 is closed, otherwise the control
centre will enter fault mode.
Press the function button until indicators 1
and 2 start flashing rapidly (approximately
15 seconds).
Now the pulse count can be set. Indicator
P will flash several times. The number of
flashes corresponds to the current pulse
count setting. See the following table.
6.1.4 Exiting the setting mode without
saving settings
If you do not exit the setting mode by hold-
ing the function button for approximately 5
seconds, the system will automatically exit
from the mode in 3 minutes without sav-
ing the new values. All new settings will be
discarded.
Correspondingly, if the control centre’s power
is turned off in the setting mode, the chang-
es will not be saved.
To increase the pulse count setting by one
increment (see the table), press the func-
tion button. When the highest settings is
reached, the setting cycle starts from the
beginning. To exit the setting mode and save
the changes in the circuit board memory,
hold the function button until all three indi-
cators light up (approximately 5 seconds).
