Rear Integrated Hub Wheel Installation - Wet
Brakes
1. Install the integrated hub wheel onto the spindle.
2. Install a 1” castle nut onto the brake.
3. Tighten the castle nut to 203 Nm (150 ft-lb)
4. Insert a 1/8” x 1-1/2” cotter pin.
5. If the holes do not align to install the cotter pin,
continue to torque the castle nut clockwise until
the next hole is visible.
6. Make sure the cotter pin is pushed in completely.
7. Bend the ends of the cotter pin to secure the
castle nut.
