3-4. CAP BRAKE ASSEMBLY (Fig. 3-4)
1) Remove tension vehicle arm assembly. (Refer to 3-3)
2) Remove torsion coil spring © from portion @ to remove
CAP brake assembly.
[Note on Mounting]
+ Mount torsion coil spring @ to CAP brake assembly @) in the
order @ and @. (Fig. A)
+ Put the fulcrum of CAP brake assembly @) to CAP brake shaft
@ and the tip of torsion coil spring to @.
* Don’t touch brake shoe ® with bare hand.
