the manifold
- Remove manifold from engine
housing.
The parts are assembled in
reverse order.
Note: Tighten filter base mounting
screws to 6.0 Nm.
- Remove fan housing, see
6.1.5.
- Remove air filter, see
10.1.
- Remove filter base mounting
screws, remove filter base.
- Loosen screw on clamp,
remove manifold from
connector and remove clamp.
- Disconnect hose from
connector on carburetor end
cover.
- Press manifold collar out of
engine housing.
