N Carry out a visual inspection. The profile of the V belt 
lines up with the profile of the front and center belt 
pulley.
N Slide “19 mm auxiliary tool” (32) onto hexagon.
N Apply torque of 10 Nm to the “19 mm auxiliary 
tool (32) and maintain it.
N Tighten nut (31).
N Remove “19 mm auxiliary tool” (32).
N Actuate top brake lever (7) and hold it there.
N Push locking pin (arrow) 4130 893 7800 through the 
holding-down clamp (14) as far as it will go. The brake 
lever underneath the holding-down clamp (14) will be 
immobilized.
N Release top brake lever (7).
N Mount rear V belt (5) starting on the clutch drum.
N Once the rear V belt is mounted, turn the front belt 
pulley 3 turns.
N Slowly undo the nut (12). The rear V belt (5) is 
tensioned.
N Turn the belt pulley 3 turns. The tension is evenly 
distributed.
