The following procedures should be carried out after the first 50 hours of operation.
Before carrying out the procedures
Check for error codes using diagnostic software
Reset the service interval using diagnostic software
Undercarriage
Check that the wheel bolts are securely fitted. Tighten if necessary.
Check the steering for play and check it is working correctly.
Check the condition of all the mechanical parts of the service brake and the parking
brake and check they are working correctly.

Check all controls and their operation

Check labelling for completeness
Test drive the truck
