Replacing the gearbox breath
er filter
– Switch off the key switch.
– Open and secure the bonnet.
– Remove and dispose of both breather
filters.
– Install new breather filte
rs.
Check security of the wheel bolts
– After removing a wheel, the security of the
bolts MUST be checked within 50 hours of
operation.
For effective wheel fixing, tighten the wheel
bolts diametrically to 195 Nm
NOTE
If it is found
necessary to tighten the wheel
bolts to the c
orrect torque, then they must be
checked agai
n after 50 hours. Repeat the
tightening p
rocedure every 50 hours until the
correct torque
is consistently obtained.
