– Unscrew and remove the breather filter with
oil dipstick (1) from the filler neck.
– Check the oil level. The oil level must be at
least up to the mark (2) on the dipstick.
– If the oil level does not reach the specified
fill level, pour hydraulic oil of the corre-
sponding specification (see
⇒
Chapter
"Maintenance data table", Page 317 ) into
the filler neck until it reaches the upper
mark as a maximum.
NOTE
Use a funnel.
– Insert the breather filter with oil dipstick
back into the filler neck and screw it in tight-
ly.
– Close the side cover again; see chapter en-
titled "Closing the side cover".
ENVIRONMENT NOTE
Carefully collect any spilled oil and dispose of
it in an environmentally friendly manner.
