USER GUIDE
Removal of Headboard and Footboard
TO REMOVE BOARDS
■ Lift boards to remove their braces from bed uprights.
TO REPLACE BOARDS
Headboard
The headboard brace must face the outside of the bed (A).
Footboard
The footboard brace must face the inside of the bed (B).
PERMANENT INSTALLATION
■ If required, permanently install boards by inserting a #8 x 3/8"
metal screw in the hole located on the side of the bed upright.
The screw must be taken out to remove board at a later date.
Do not permanently install boards on a bed used by a pa-
tient requiring resuscitation or any other emergency
treatment.
