MAINTENANCE GUIDE
Cleaning and Maintenance
CLEANING
Surfaces should be cleaned regularly.
Use a soft terry cloth and a quaternary ammonium compound diluted in
water.
Wipe cleaned surfaces dry to avoid any buildup of cleaning solu-
tion.
Do not clean sliding parts inside base of bed. They need a film of
grease to ensure proper operation.
MAINTENANCE
BOLTING
Inspect all nuts and bolts once a year to ensure proper operation of mobile
parts and solidity of fixed parts.
1. Properly retighten all nuts and bolts on fixed parts.
2. Tighten nuts and bolts of mobile parts just enough to eliminate
excessive free play.
HI-LO LEVERS
Check for tightness of following parts on levers.
1. Stabilizer screws
2. Stabilizer screws
3. Hi-Lo lever clamp bolts
4. Hi-Lo harness bolts
SLEEPING SURFACE
Check tightness of hinges connecting sleeping surface sections.
