USER GUIDE
TO RAISE OR LOWER SLEEPING SURFACE
Press arrow corresponding to adjustment desired for each section
or entire sleeping surface.
FIXED CONTROL ON HALF-LENGTH SAFETY SIDE-RAIL
Refer to Options section, page 2-11.
The patient selective lock-out on the nursing control centre
located at the foot of the bed must be in the ON position
for each patient option on patient control.
I.V. ROD
Insert rod into one of six rod sockets found on headboard, footboard or
central section of sleeping surface.
Four sockets located on the bed frame and used with a traction system (ø
19 mm or 3/4") may also be employed.

TRAPEZE MOUNTING
The trapeze mounting acts as a fulcrum for a patient raising himself up
using arm pull.
The mounting features a lower fixed section, an upper movable section and
a trapeze.
In use, the upper section is centered over the patient. The mounting may
be stored to one or the other side of bed between uses.
INSTALLATION OF MOUNTING
1. Insert fixed section.
IMPORTANT: slide the 2 stop pins into tenons.
