7. Remove the 6 screws holding motor box in place. Disconnect motor
from PC board.
CAUTION
Never handle PC board wiring without previously disconnecting
bed electric cord.
8. Straighten and extract cotter pins (A) blocking rod end pins (C)
which are inserted in supple coupling connected to motor to re-
place. Remove clevis pins (C) and nylon bushings (B).
9. Push back supple coupling on translating screw to free motor. Use a
hammer if necessary. Keep nylon washer located between motor
and translating screw (D).
10. Loosen the 4 machine screws (E) fastening motor to transversal
motor support about 1/2" (12 mm). Keep nylon bushings (F).
11. Remove motor from space in frame.
12. Install new motor in space and reinstall nylon bushings (F).
13. Replace nylon washer between translating screw and motor, slide
supple coupling back in place and align holes to insert clevis pins.
