A: REMOVAL
WARNING:
• Place “NO FIRE” signs near working area.
• Be careful not to spill fuel on floor.
NOTE:
Fuel level sensor is built in the fuel pump assembly.
1) Remove the fuel pump assembly. <Ref. to
FU(H4SOw/oOBD)-54, REMOVAL, Fuel Pump.>
2) Disconnect the connector from fuel pump brack-
et.
• 1.6 L and 2.0 L MODEL
• 2.5 L MODEL
3) Remove the bolt which installs the fuel level sen-
sor on mounting bracket.
• 1.6 L and 2.0 L MODEL
• 2.5 L MODEL
B: INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.
