CHARGE" indicates no energy storage.

D Push On Press this button to close the load switch.
E Push Off
Press this button to open the load switch.
The DC load switch&AC circuit breaker can be used together with a micro-motor.
When there is the power supply on the Station AC side or DC side, the energy can
be stored to the breaker through this motor; when there is no power supply on the
Station AC side or DC side, you need to store the energy through the manual en-
ergy storage handle.
The operation steps are briefly described in followings.
Close the switch
Check the charge status before closing the load switch. If the switch is in "DISCHARGE"
state, charge it through the manual charging handle until it turns into "CHARGED" state, as
shown in the figure below:
