11.3 Altitude Derating
11.3.1 Discharge Altitude Derating
When the PCS working altitude is below 2000m, the PCS can operate at 100% of the nor-
mal. The PCS should derate its output power according to the curve shown below when the
PCS working altitude is above 2500m.

11.3.2 Charge Altitude Derating
When the PCS working altitude is below 2000m, the PCS can operate at 100% of the nor-
mal. The PCS should derate its output power according to the curve shown below when the
PCS working altitude is above 2500m.

11.4 Protection Functions
The PCS is equipped with sound protection functions to protect the PCS when input voltage
or grid is abnormal until the anomaly is removed and PCS can operate normally.
DC over-/under-voltage protection
When the battery DC voltage exceeds the allowable range, PCS will stop operating, send
warning signal and display the fault type on the Web touch screen.
The PCS can detect the anomaly and respond quickly.
