Troubleshooting and Maintenance
9.1 Troubleshooting
When an alarm occurs, the alarm information can be viewed through the App.
Alarm ID and corrective measures are as follows:

Grid overvoltage
Generally, the inverter will be reconnected to the
grid after the grid recovers. If the alarm occurs
frequently:
1. Measure the grid voltage, and contact the local
utility grid company for solutions if the grid voltage
exceeds the specified value.
2. Check, through the App, whether the protection
parameters are appropriately set.
3. Check whether the cross-sectional area of the
AC cable meets the requirement.
4. If the alarm persists, contact SUNGROW.

undervoltage
Generally, the inverter will be reconnected to the
grid after the grid recovers. If the alarm occurs
frequently:
1. Measure the grid voltage, and contact the local
utility grid company for solutions if the grid voltage
is below the specified value.
2. Check, through the App, whether the protection
parameters are appropriately set.
3. Check whether the AC cable is firmly in place.
4. If the alarm persists, contact SUNGROW.
