• The blank substrate can be unloaded.
• Now follow the instructions on the screen and
load the coated substrate.
• Use the transport vacuum to prevent the sub-
strate from moving during transport.
• Close the contact lever. The substrate is moved
into alignment position.
• Now the substrate can be aligned to the stamp.
• As soon as you are finished press next to con-
tinue.
