1D-69 Engine Mechanical:
Crank Balancer
1) Remove the oil separator (1).
2) Remove the balancer shaft arm (2).
3) Remove the balancer shaft (3).
4) Remove the crank balancer assembly (4) with the
washers (5).
Crankcase
1) Remove the crankcase bolts.
NOTE
Loosen the crankcase bolts diagonally and
the smaller sizes first.
2) Remove the crankshaft journal bolts.
NOTE
Loosen the crankshaft journal bolts in the
descending order of the numbers on the
crankcase.
