The following flowchart explains corrective action procedure use when the power is supplied starts or the ERR LED is flickering during
operation.
Though warning error appears, PLC system doesn’t stop but corrective action is needed promptly. If not, it may cause the
system failure.
ERR LED goes flickering.

Warning error?

Check the error code, with connected
KGLWIN.
Is ERR LED still flicking
Write down the Troubleshooting
Questionnaires and contact the neares
t
service center.
See App-2 “System Warning Flag”
and remove the cause of the error.
