(2) Programming
• When M0 turns on, HSC starts its operation
• If current value is not less than 50,000, F170 turns on.
• Current value is saved in D0(double word).
Remark
The contact point which is designated as HSC input can’t be used for pulse catch or external interrupt.
Duplicated designation may cause faults.
