6 Power Module
The Power Module is an UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) that can be mounted in the rack cabinet of UPS EVO
DSP PLUS Modular. In fact, it has a 19-inch rack format; it occupies 3 rack units (3U) in height and mechanically it
is fixed to the rack cabinet by means of the screws of mounting ears.
Its electrical connection to the rack cabinet is quick and easy thanks to Hot-swap connections.
There are 2 types of Power Module:
• Power Module 20 KVA (PF 1,0)
• Power Module 30 KVA (PF 1,0)
The power capacity of each Power Module is 20kVA/20kW or 30KVA/30KW.; each UPS Module contains a Power
Factor Correction Rectifier, a Battery Charger, an Inverter and a Control Circuit.
In a rack cabinet only Power Modules of the same type must be installed.
Up to 10 Power Modules can be connected into the same rack cabinet, to increase the power of UPS EVO DSP PLUS
Modular. Each Power Module can be set as Parallel or Redundant, according to customer specifications.
