3.5. Limit
Limit function decides category PASS, WARNING or FAIL, after comparison Pre Set Limit with
measurements of battery
Limit function provides for Resistance - Upper level 1 (WARNING), Upper level 2 (FAIL) and for
Voltage – Lower level (WARNING) as below.

If Impedance is higher than Upper 2, it is FAIL
If Voltage is higher than LOWER and Impedance is lower than Upper 1, it is PASS
Rest cases are WARNING .
Decision of Voltage is based on Absolute value. Therefore decision is available even Test Lead
measurement in opposite direction ( + / - lead )
