PPC appears “dead”; power
light comes on, but monitor
screen(s) is (are) blank, instru-
ment emits no beeps
H SO DIMMs incorrectly installed or missing. Missing DIMMs
will cause a POST f ault and MicroATX will beep
H Defective Power PC (PPC) board
H Hold down on-standby button on the PPC, if syst em boots,
replace the power supply
