3.26.5 Deleting records from Phonebook
Operation
To delete a record from the Phonebook:
LWS-WK
1. Access the Phonebook menu as described in section 3.26 above.
2. Use the [Navigation] button to highlight the Delete selection and press the [OK] soft button.
3. Use the [Navigation] button to highlight the Delete One selection and press the [OK] soft button.
4. Locate the desired record and press the [OK] soft button. Use either the dial pad to enter the name
and the [Find] soft button to search, or use the [Navigation] button to highlight the record.
5. When the record is found, press [Delete] soft button.
6. When “Delete One Phonebook?” is displayed, press [Delete] soft button.
GDC-400H/450H
1. Access the Phonebook menu as described in section 3.26 above.
2. Use the [Navigation] button ( ) to highlight the Delete selection and press the [OK]
( ) left soft button.
3. Use the [Navigation] button ( ) to highlight the Delete One selection and press the [OK]
( ) left soft button.
4. Locate the desired record and press the [OK] soft button. Use either the dial pad to enter the name
and the [Find] soft button to search, or use the [Navigation] button to highlight the record.
5. When the record is found, press [Delete] soft button.
6. When “Delete One Phonebook?” is displayed, press [Delete] soft button.
To delete all record from the Phonebook:
LWS-WK
1. Access the Phonebook menu as described in section 3.26 above.
2. Use the [Navigation] button to highlight the Delete selection and press the [OK] soft button.
3. Use the [Navigation] button to highlight the Delete All selection and press the [OK] soft button.
4. When “Delete Entire Phone Book?” is displayed, press the [OK] soft button.
GDC-400H/450H
1. Access the Phonebook menu as described in section 3.26 above.
2. Use the [Navigation] button ( ) to highlight the Delete selection and press the [OK]
( ) left soft button.
3. Use the [Navigation] button ( ) to highlight Delete All and press the [OK] ( ) left soft
button.
4. When “Delete Entire Phone Book?” is displayed, press [OK] ( ) left soft button.
