3. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
3.1 Call Forward
Description
Users may have selected incoming calls re-routed to other stations or voice mail. Forward feature is
applied to internal calls, auto attendant line calls, & normal line calls with ring assigned only to one
station. If “OFFNET FORWARD/TRANSFER” (Menu 1 5 3) of a station is set to “ENABLE”, the station
can forward a call to external destinations.
Operation
To activate Call Forward:
LWS-BS station
1. Press the [Forward] soft button.
2. Select forward type.(“Unconditional”, “Busy”, “No Answer”, “Busy/No Answer”)
3. Select station number or VM.
4. Press [Save] soft button.
If OFF-NET Forward/Transfer is enabled
1. Press the [Forward] soft button.
2. Select forward type Speed, press the [Save] soft button, and dial the Speed number, or
Select forward type OFF NET, press the [Save] soft button and dial the telephone number.
Note an empty Station Directory bin is required to store the number temporarily.
3. Press the [Save] soft button.
Wireless Terminal
1. Press [Talk] key in GDC-400H/450H or [Speaker] button in LWS-WK.
2. Dial the Call Forward code (ex. 554).
3. Dial forward type (1:Unconditional, 2:Busy, 3:No Answer, 4:Busy/No Answer)
4. Dial station number or VSF/VM access code (ex.620) or,
if OFF-NET Forward/Transfer (Menu 153) is enabled,
Dial the Speed Dial access code (ex. 558) and dial the Speed dial number (200~999) or
Dial the Line access code (ex. „9‟) and dial the telephone number
5. For the LWS-WK, press the Hold button or for the GDC-400/450, press the right navigation
button, , for longer than 1 second.
To deactivate Call forward:
LWS-BS station
1. Press the [Forward] soft button in forward state.
2. Select “OFF” in forward type.
3. Press the [Save] soft button.
Wireless Terminal
1. Press [Talk] key in GDC-4XX or [Speaker] button in LWS-WK.
2. Dial Call Forward code (ex. 554).
3. Dial „#‟ to cancel Call Forward.
