To assign a "Pick up code" to a button,
1. Press the [Speaker] button.
2. Press the [Trans] button.
3. Press a flexible button.
4. Dial the Group pick up code, or Direct pick up code + station number.
5. Press the [Hold] button.
3.28 System voice mail
Description
A Station Voice Mailbox can be assigned as a System Mailbox to receive calls while the system is in the
Night mode or as an alternate destination for the Auto Attendant. When configured as the Night mode or
alternate Auto Attendant destination, external calls are routed to the assigned System Mailbox and the
caller can leave a message.
Operation
At the LWS-BS,
To assign a Station Voice Mailbox as the System Mail box:
1. Select the [Menu] button and dial 2 5, select a station. (default : Base station)
2. Press the [SAVE] soft button.
To select the System Mailbox as the alternate destination for the Auto attendant:
1. Select the [Menu] button and dial 2 3 4, select "SYSTEM VM".
2. Press the [SAVE] soft button.
To select the System Mailbox as the Night mode destination:
1. Press the [DND] button.
2. Select "SYSTEM VM".
3. Press the [SAVE] soft button.
Conditions
1. The SLT/Fax port cannot be assigned for “System voice mail”.
3.29 SMDR Information
Description
SMDR information for all incoming and outgoing calls is available on default on the OptiCon Micro LAN
port. Only change IP information of OptiCon Micro for output to call logging/management systems.
