A-17 CHECK THE EFFICENCY OF THE FORK
BALANCING SYSTEM
WARNING
Test the system without any load on the machine’s
forks.
To check the efficiency of the fork balancing system,
obey the instructions below:
- Drive the machine to a flat, smooth ground.
- Move the retracted boom fully down and align the
forks with the ground.
- Start lifting the boom and check that the forks remain
parallel to the ground.
NOTICE
If the forks do not remain parallel to the ground,
consult section 5 “Problems - Causes - Solutions”.
