DisablingtheTrackPointpointingdeviceorthetouchpad
TodisabletheTrackPointpointingdeviceorthetouchpad,dothefollowing:
1.GotoControlPanelandclickHardwareandSound➙Mouse➙UltraNav.
2.TodisabletheTrackPointpointingdevice,clearthecheckboxforEnableTrackPoint.Todisablethe
touchpad,clearthecheckboxforEnableTouchPad.
3.ClickOK.
AddingtheUltraNavicontothesystemtray
ForeasyaccesstotheUltraNavproperties,youcanenablethedisplayoftheUltraNaviconintheWindows
noticationarea.
ToenablethedisplayoftheUltraNaviconintheWindowsnoticationarea,dothefollowing:
1.ClickStart➙ControlPanel➙HardwareandSound➙Mouse➙UltraNav.
2.SelectthecheckboxforShowUltraNavicononthesystemtray.
3.ClickOK.YoucannowchangethepropertiesoftheUltraNavpointingdevicebyclickingtheUltraNav
iconintheWindowsnoticationarea.

ThebatteryiconintheWindowsnoticationareadisplaysthepercentageofbatterypowerremaining.
Therateatwhichyouusebatterypowerwilldeterminehowlongyoucanusethebatteryofyourcomputer
betweencharges.Becauseeachcomputeruserhasdifferenthabitsandneeds,itisdifculttopredicthow
longabatterychargewilllast.Therearetwomainfactors:
•Howmuchenergyisstoredinthebatterywhenyoubegintowork.
•Thewayyouuseyourcomputer.Forexample:
