Replacingthekeyboard
Beforeyoustart,printtheseinstructions.
DANGER
Electriccurrentfrompower,telephone,andcommunicationcablesishazardous.Toavoidshock
hazard,disconnectthecablesbeforeopeningthecoverofthisslot.
Removingthekeyboard
Toremovethekeyboard,dothefollowing:
1.Turnoffthecomputer;thendisconnecttheacpoweradapterandallcablesfromthecomputer.Waitfor
threetoveminutes,tilltheinsideofthecomputercools.
2.Closethecomputerdisplay,andturnthecomputerover.
3.Removethebattery.See“Replacingthebattery”onpage69.
4.Removethetwoscrewsthatsecurethekeyboard.
5.Turnthecomputeroverandopenthedisplay.
