The FUNCtion:DEV<n>:REFerence<value> command is used to set the nominal
value of the deviation. The FUNCtion:DEV<n>:REFernece<value>? query
returns the current nominal value of the deviation.
Command syntax: FUNCtion:DEV<n>:REFerence<value>

<value> is NR1, NR2 or NR3 data format.
