Completely draining the battery performs the same function as a
hardware reset.
Format Reset
If the GRS-1 does not operate properly after a hardware reset perform
a format reset. When the format reset is performed, the registry
information registered by applications to the OS are reset. Data stored
by the user is saved; however, the time setting and shortcut
information created on the desktop and for program folder is
initialized. In such a case, it is necessary to reset the time, and then
reinstall applications.
