5. Open Receiver SettingsTracking.
6. Check the antenna, and elevation mask, and PDOP mask settings.
For typical surveys, the antenna should be set to Internal.
7. Press OK.
8. Open Status.
The Position Information window appears.
9. Press the SVs List tab.
The Satellite Information window appears.
10. Press the Sky Plot tab.
The Sky Plot Information window appears.
Surveying with the GRS-1 and an
External Antenna
1. Complete any required pre-survey steps as described in
Chapter 2.
2. Open TRU, and press DeviceConnect.
3. Select Connect UsingSerial Port, Port Name Com7.
4. Press Connect.
5. Open Receiver SettingsTracking.
