The transition back from the reset state starts when the CTRL_RESET_MICO# is released and the
minimum reset time has elapsed. The actual reset time depends on the module. The rails are
turned back on in the same order as during a regular module boot. See sequence description in
section “No VCC” to “Running” (startup).
