2.Installthespacer(14)andbearing(13)intothegearboxhousing(21).
3.Installtheshaft(7)intothegearboxhousing(21).
4.Positiontheshaftkey(8)intothekeyholebetweentheshaft(7)andgear
(18)andsecuretheshaftkey(8)withtheretainingring(20).
5.Installthespacer(12)andretainingring(11)intothegearboxhousing(21).
6.Installthenewseal(10)andcover(9)ontothegearboxhousing(21).
7.Installthenewbearing(27)andspacer(25)ontotheshaft(28).
8.Positiontheshaftkey(29)intothekeyholeoftheshaft(28).
9.Slidethegear(26)ontotheshaft(28)andmakesuretheshaftkey(29)is
properlyseatedintothegear(26)keyhole.
10.Slidethespacers(25and24)ontotheshaft(28).
11.Slowlyinserttheshaft(28)assemblyintothegearboxhousing(21).Make
surethatthegears(18and26)areproperlyseated.
12.Installthespacer(30)andretainingring(31)intothegearboxhousing(21).
13.Installthebearing(22),spacer(6)andretainingring(5)intothegearbox
housing(21).
14.Slidethe2spacers(4)ontotheshaft(28)andsecurewiththeretaining
ring(3).
15.Installthenewcaps(2and32)andnewcovers(1and33)ontothegearbox
housing(21).
16.Fillthegearboxwiththegearboxoil;refertoOperator’sManual.
