1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecuttingdeck,shutoffthe
engine,settheparkingbrake,andremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Raiseandlockthehopperassembly;refertoOperator’sManual.
3.Removethebatterynegativecablefromthenegativepostofthebattery.
4.Allowtheenginetocompletelycool.
5.Unplugthewireharnessconnectionsoffueltankoat.
6.Useafueltransferpumptoremovethefuelfromthefueltankandintoa
certiedfuelstorage.
7.Loosenthehoseclampsandcarefullydisconnectthefuelhosesfromthe
fueltankoatontopofthefueltank.
Note:Beforeremovingthefuelhosesfromthefueltank,labelthehosesfor
assemblypurposes.
