screws;torquetheange-headscrewsto24to28N∙m(17to21ft-lb)in
acriss-crosspattern.
5.OnmachineswithaKubotagasordieselengine,applymediumstrength
threadlockertothethreadsofthebolts.Securethedriveshaftassembly
totheengineywheel;torquetheboltsto46to56N∙m(34to42ft-lb)in
acriss-crosspattern.
6.Slidethedriveshaftyokeonthepumpinputshaftsothattheyokeisush
withendoftheinputshaft.Securethedriveshaftyoketothepumpinput
shaftwiththe2boltsand2angenuts.
7.OnmachineswithaKubotagasolineordieselengine(Figure149),install
andsecurethedriveshaftguardhooptothemachineframe.
8.OnmachineswithaYanmardieselengine,positionthedriveshaftguard
hoopandheatshieldtothemachineframeandsecurewiththe2ange-head
screws(item11inFigure148)and2angenuts.
9.Lubricatethegreasettingsonthedriveshaft.
10.Installthehoodsaddleontotheframebrackets.Lowerandsecurethehood
andoperatorseat.
