Note:Thereelbearingsandgreasesealsarepresstonthecuttingreel
shaftandshouldremainonthereelwhenremovingtheLHsideplate.
Note:Sideplateson5”cuttingunitsattachtocuttingunitframewithtwo(2)
shoulderboltsandangenuts.Sideplateson7”cuttingunitsusethree
(3)shoulderboltsandangenuts.
9.RemovetheshoulderboltsandangenutsthatsecuretheLHsideplateto
thecuttingunitframe.RemovetheLHsideplatefromthereelshaftand
cuttingunitframe.
CAUTION
Contactwiththereel,bedknifeorothercuttingunitpartscanresult
inpersonalinjury.Useheavygloveswhenremovingthecuttingreel.
10.CarefullypullthecuttingreelassemblyfromtheRHsideplate.
11.Inspectandservicecuttingreelassemblyasrequired;referto(page).
ReelAssemblyInstallation
1.Thoroughlycleansideplatesandothercuttingunitcomponents.Inspectside
platesforwearordamageandreplaceifneeded.
2.Makesurethatgreasesealsandbearingsareproperlyinstalledoncutting
reel;referto(page).
3.Cuttingunitserialnos.315000001&UphaveO-ringsinthereelbearing
boreofeachsideplate.MakesuretheO-ringsareingoodconditionand
properlyinstalledinthesideplates.
