bearingisfullyseatedintosideplate.
7.SlidetheLHsideplateontothecuttingreelassembly.
8.InstallshoulderboltsandangenutsthatsecuretheLHsideplatetothe
cuttingunitframe.Tightentheshoulderboltsfrom37to44N∙m(27to33
ft‐ ‐
‐
lbs).
9.ApplyLoctite#243(orequivalent)tothreadsofangeheadscrewthat
securesframespacerandcarrierframetoLHsideplate.Installscrewand
tightenfrom37to44N∙m(27to33ft‐ ‐
‐
lbs).Aftertighteningscrew,checkthe
clearancebetweenthecarrierframeandsideplate.Ifclearanceismorethan
0.065”(1.6mm),removeangeheadscrewandpositionshim(s)between
carrierframeandsideplatesothatclearanceislessthan0.065”(1.6mm).
Makesurethatthecarrierframepivotsfreelyafterassembly.
10.InstallcapscrewandatwasherthatsecurereargrassshieldtoLHside
plate.T orquescrewfrom20to25N∙m(15to19ft‐ ‐
‐
lbs).
