001 to 999 (in units of dots)
c: Expansion parameter
e (Command parameter expansion designated)
dd: No. of line width dots
01 to 99 (in units of dots)
Note that any value of 9 or more is corrected to 9.
eeee: No. of line length dots
0001 to 1296 (in units of dots)
